I did the diet for 5 weeks. I lost 15 lbs. I am now down to 109 from 124. It was slow at the end because I really didn't have much to take off. I would still like to go down a bit to maybe 104-5; however, friends tell me they still lose on maintenance. If not, I will be happy to maintain this weight. I have to tell you...I am anxious about regaining. I am trying to eat a bit more but keep portions small and keep carbs and sugar out of my diet. I owe you big time for the assistance. I have told a number of people who have inquired about this program and have passed out your website.
