I have been on hcg diet for 18 days. Thankgiving will be the 22nd day of this third time. It has always worked for me. My goal weight is 185 and at the moment I am at 188, so just three pouinds to go. This will be accomplished before Thanksgiving. I really don't want to lose weight after the 185 mark that will come in a couple of days now.
