HCG Diet Food List

Here is the food guide and instructions for the homeopathic hcg diet.   It actually is a LOT easier than it looks. While on the hcg diet, if you follow these instructions carefully, you won't be hungry. You will probably have a ton of cravings. You could help get rid of those cravings by detoxing with the detox foot pads. They especially work well for carb cravings. Good luck on your homeopathic hcg diet!

FOOD GUIDE FOR HCG DIET:

BREAKFAST: Any non-calorie fluids in any amount. (See fluid options below)

LUNCH: A protein food and fresh vegetables. (See options below)

DINNER: A protein food and fresh vegetables. (See options below)

SNACKS: Two portions of fruit a day, in the morning and afternoon. (See options below)

 

Protein Foods: 3 ½ oz twice daily (lunch and dinner)

About the size of a makeup compact

Choose only lean meats, particularly:
  • Veal or steak (free range only)
  • Fresh white fish (halibut, cod, flounder, monkfish, perch, pike, Pollock, snapper, sole, whiting, crab meat, lobster, shrimp, scallops)
  • Chicken – no skin (chicken breast only)

Note: all visible fat must be removed before cooking and the portion should be weighed raw. It must be cooked without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna fish, herring, or any dried, pickled or smoked fish are not allowed

 

 

Fresh Vegetables: 3 ½ oz selected vegetables twice daily (lunch and dinner)

  • Spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad (lettuce), tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini. (Do NOT mix vegetables – one vegetable choice per serving).
  • NO pumpkin, beetroot, potatoes, carrots, peas or corn

 

 

Fruit: 2 portions per day, at least 6 hours apart

  • Apple, strawberries (6 large), orange, ½ grapefruit

 

 

Fluids: A minimum of two liters of water daily

  • 10 glasses (2 liters) MINIMUM should be consumed daily
  • Tea/coffee (in any quantity), soda water, mineral water, diet soft drink (max: 2)

 

 

Little Extras

  • One tablespoon of milk daily ONLY!
  • Artificial sweeteners – absolutely NO SUGAR (Stevia is a great option)
  • Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet-basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, and other spices are freely available as seasonings
  • NO margarine, butter, oil, dressing
  • Juice of 1 lemon daily

Another awesome testimony from a satisfied HCG diet client

Beth,
I wanted to let you know this very cool side effect from the HGG diet. I have one week left of Maintenance and so far, so good. I am staying within my 2lbs and doing a Steak Day here and there to make sure it stays.
 
For about 6 to 7 years, I have had excess underarm perspiration. I have been using Prescription strength deodorant for a couple years and it has not helped a lot. I was wearing layers and jackets at work to hide the noticeable wetness on my shirts and always felt embarrassed in public when I would have wetness start appearing. I was diagnosed with a Thyroid disorder a year and a half ago that was causing this along with fatigue and noticeable sluggishness, but the medication did not help so I have been living with it.
 
I did the HCG diet for 27 days, lost 22lbs AND my perspiration problem is Gone!!! I don’t have to apply deodorant multiple times a day, I have no wetness at all under my arms, and I am not Pitting out my shirts, even Tshirts.
This diet seems to have reset my thyroid, I have more energy, I actually want to get outside and exercise, I don’t feel the sluggishness which felt like a real weight in my body anymore.
